Any sport off-season training, additional training, or just to Stay in Shape. All athletes and/or actively motivated high school students are welcome to join in on Strength & Conditioning* and cardio sessions at Valley Fit!

Class usually starts at 6:15 or 6: 30 am.  We have been scheduling a different day every week so check the Events Calendar. PLEASE call/text for information or RSVP to (904) 382-8531 if you would like to attend. 

The following is a list of a variety of workouts that will be offered at Valley Fit:

  • Boot Camp circuits (full body workout)
  • HIT training
  • Interval short sprints
  • “interesting and unique” cardio
  • partner exercises
  • relay exercises
  • obstacle course strength training
  • balance drills/exercises
  • running training sessions
  • mid distance intervals/fartleks
  • running drills
  • mid distance runs (if needed)

Please understand that not everything listed will be offered in each class. Any variation will be noted on the schedule so you know what type of workout it is.

Classes are $5 per student, however, off-season small group training for specific sports may be $5-$10 per session depending upon number of attendees and/or needs and
wants of the athletes.

Locations:  
Strength and Conditioning classes, boot camps, workouts and runs will take place at 651 N. Wilderness Trail
here in Palm Valley.

What to bring:
Water or electrolyte drink of your choice, yoga mat, towels and bug spray will be provided.

Where to Park:
Start the parking at the small dirt area closer to the house and then the line should move closer to Wilderness Trail. Please do not park on our pavers and do not park on Wilderness Trail for the duration of the class unless asked to do so.

Strength and Conditioning training is a very popular form of exercise. It’s focused on using forms of resistance such as free weights, machines, exercise bands or your own body weight with a combination of functional movements (e.g. lunges).
